Our Process:
A Journey Rooted in Science + Compassion
Validated research meets positive psychology and trauma-informed coaching for late‑diagnosed neurodivergent women.
Why a Different Approach?
Late‑diagnosed women have often been misdiagnosed with anxiety or depression and spend years masking. Female neurodivergence – specifically ADHD/autism – shows up with fewer outward behaviors and more internalizing symptoms.
Traditional leadership frameworks don’t see you. That’s why we designed a different process: to affirm your identity and build systems that fit your brain.
Our ND‑Affirming Framework:
At DOPAMINE STUDIO, our work blends science and identity. Every step of your coaching journey is trauma‑informed, neuro‑inclusive, and rooted in positive psychology. Our framework includes:
Executive Function Scaffolding & Behavior Design – clear structures for planning, prioritizing, and task initiation.
SMART(RR) Goals & Values-Aligned Planning – meaningful goals anchored in your values.
Identity Work & Narrative Renegotiation – unpack masking, perfectionism, and rewrite your story.
Anti‑Burnout Systems & Boundaries – workflows and boundaries that protect your energy.
Optional AI & Assistive Tech – tools that reduce cognitive load and amplify strengths.
Personalized Assessments & Reflective Practices – ethical use of Big Five, VIA (Values in Action) Strengths, and Hogan* assessments.
Community & Collaboration – 1:1 sessions or group cohorts where your experience is normalized and celebrated.
*Hogan assessments coming soon.
